
UVPSA压敏胶的热稳定性研究
摘要:本文旨在探讨UVPSA压敏胶在高温环境下的性能变化,并分析其热稳定性。通过实验方法,对不同温度条件下的UVPSA压敏胶进行测试,记录其粘附性能、剥离强度和耐热性的变化情况。研究发现,随着温度的升高,UVPSA压敏胶的粘附性能逐渐降低,剥离强度先增加后减小,而其耐热性则表现出明显的下降趋势。此外,还讨论了影响UVPSA压敏胶热稳定性的因素,如聚合物结构、添加剂类型和浓度等。最后,提出了提高UVPSA压敏胶热稳定性的方法,为实际应用提供参考。

Abstract: The research aims to explore the thermal stability of UVPSA pressure sensitive adhesive, and analyze its thermal properties. Through experimental methods, the performance changes of UVPSA pressure sensitive adhesive under different temperature conditions were tested, recording the changes in its adhesion property, peel strength and heat resistance. The study found that with the increase of temperature, the adhesion property of UVPSA pressure sensitive adhesive gradually decreased, the peel strength increased first and then decreased, while its heat resistance shows a significant downward trend. In addition, the factors affecting the thermal stability of UVPSA pressure sensitive adhesive were discussed, such as polymer structure, additive type and concentration, etc. Finally, methods to improve the thermal stability of UVPSA pressure sensitive adhesive were proposed, providing reference for practical applications.
